## Title: Head of Business Development

Job Summary

Trovest Capital Partners is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head of Business Development to lead its growth and client acquisition drive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, investment management, and risk asset creation, with proven experience in mobilizing large volumes of deposits and building high-performing business teams.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services ecosystem, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to translate business opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's business development strategy to drive growth in assets under management (AUM) and deposit mobilization
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships across fintechs, institutions, and high-net-worth client segments
  • Lead the origination and structuring of investment and risk asset opportunities aligned with company goals
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team focused on achieving aggressive revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Develop and oversee marketing and sales initiatives that enhance the company's market visibility and brand positioning
  • Work closely with the investment, risk, and compliance teams to ensure proper evaluation and execution of business opportunities
  • Prepare and present periodic business performance reports, forecasts, and growth strategies to management
  • Drive innovation in client acquisition and relationship management using technology-driven and data-backed approaches

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification such as CFA, ACCA, or CIS is an advantage
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior business development role
