About the Role

Alert Microfinance Bank is seeking a Head of Business Development to join our dynamic and expanding team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive business development strategies
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Manage and nurture client relationships
• Design and implement comprehensive business plans
• Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Lead and develop the business development team
• Ensure achievement of sales and revenue goals
• Enhance overall business performance and market presence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in Business Development, Business Planning, and Account Management
• Leadership experience in a Microfinance Bank (MFB)
• Strong analytical skills for understanding market trends and driving strategic decisions
• Demonstrated experience in sales and client relationship management
• Proven ability to meet and exceed business goals and objectives
