Job Summary

As the Head of Managed Services, you will lead Wragby's Managed Services business, shaping strategy, driving operational excellence, and delivering superior customer experiences across cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations.

You'll own the P&L, design scalable service models, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver value at scale. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Managed Services strategy aligned with Wragby's digital transformation goals
• Lead end-to-end IT operations, service desk, infrastructure, cloud, and security services
• Ensure service excellence through ITIL-aligned processes and strict SLA/KPI adherence
• Build strong executive-level relationships to drive client satisfaction, retention, and expansion
• Drive automation, service improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Own and manage the business unit P&L for profitability and sustainable growth
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams for peak performance
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to design competitive service offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years' experience in IT operations, service delivery, or managed services leadership
• Proven track record in P&L management and scaling Managed Services operations
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Infrastructure, and Security
• Relevant certifications (ITIL Expert, PMP/PRINCE2, Azure Administrator, etc.)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
