Job Summary

Fact Base Consulting is seeking a result-oriented, diligent, and honest professional to join our team as Head, Leasing Operations. The successful candidate will lead all leasing operations, driving revenue growth and implementing strategic initiatives across our portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to meet revenue targets and organizational objectives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform pricing decisions
• Prepare and manage the annual leasing budget, ensuring financial goals are achieved
• Oversee the entire leasing process from lead generation through lease execution, including application processing and negotiation
• Negotiate high-value and complex lease agreements with key clients, securing favorable terms aligned with company financial objectives

Requirements

• B.Sc, B.Tech, or HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
• A higher degree is advantageous
• Minimum of five years' experience in a similar leasing operations role
• Strong ability to analyze market data, financial reports, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
