About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Equal Logistics Limited in Lagos as Head of Internal Audit & Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify financial status, operating procedures, and all invoices
• Manage and monitor implementation of policies
• Perform preliminary planning of internal audits according to audit plans, and provide reports and recommendations
• Design risk-based internal audit programmes and implement risk appraisal and management techniques
• Conduct fraud investigations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.), Master's degree (M.Sc.), or MBA in Accounting or similar field
• Ten (10) years of relevant cognate experience
• Relevant professional qualifications (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Strong working knowledge of audit and financial accounting systems, software, procedures, policies, rules, and practices
