About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead the finance function at CRC Credit Bureau Limited, a credit reference company based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, supervision, and management to the finance department to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's financial strategy, aligning resources with business objectives
- Advise the CEO and executive team with financial strategy recommendations to guide corporate decision-making
- Perform risk management by analysing the company's liabilities, investments, and overall financial exposure
- Oversee all major financial decisions, including budgeting, auditing, and capital expenditure planning
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies
- Review financial reports and identify methods to reduce costs and improve profitability
- Maintain full control over financial records, documentation, and reporting frameworks
- Review, update, and improve financial procedures and internal control systems to strengthen governance
- Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, banks, and other key financial stakeholders
- Support business expansion initiatives through due diligence, investment appraisal, and financial modelling

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CFA (mandatory)
Required Experience
- Minimum of 8–10 years post-NYSC professional experience
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
