Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Head of Client Management Services will oversee client relationships and lead a team to ensure superior service delivery while driving business growth through strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client service teams, guiding and mentoring staff to drive performance
- Oversee client relationships and manage key accounts
- Drive business growth through strategic client engagement and relationship management
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives
- Manage client account budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets
- Achieve key sales and financial performance targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and Business Development
- Demonstrated experience in Team Management with strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of Finance and Sales with ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in client relationship management or leadership
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry
