Head, Client Management Services at VDL Technologies

Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Head of Client Management Services will oversee client relationships and lead a team to ensure superior service delivery while driving business growth through strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client service teams, guiding and mentoring staff to drive performance
• Oversee client relationships and manage key accounts
• Drive business growth through strategic client engagement and relationship management
• Identify opportunities for business development and expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives
• Manage client account budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets
• Achieve key sales and financial performance targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
• Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and Business Development
• Demonstrated experience in Team Management with strong leadership abilities
• Knowledge of Finance and Sales with ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in client relationship management or leadership
• Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry
