Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to drive revenue growth and market expansion across key industry sectors. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with proven success in technical sales and business development within demanding, target-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Develop and implement effective budgeting and revenue strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in manufacturing, oil & gas, power, and engineering services industries
- Expand the customer base through strategic networking and relationship development
- Manage and motivate the business development team to achieve performance objectives
- Drive market expansion while ensuring effective team compensation and motivation practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of relevant business development and sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Engineering
- Demonstrated success in technical sales, professional services, or FMCG industry
- Established professional network with contacts in manufacturing, oil & gas, power, and engineering services sectors
- Ability to develop and cultivate new business relationships
