Job Summary

Lead the Asset Management team to drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) to ₦25 billion by financial year-end 2025. This position offers significant career growth opportunities while driving sales and marketing across diverse client segments including Institutional, Retail, Corporate, HNI/UHNI, Counter Parties, and Public Sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for deposit mobilization across Institutional, Retail, and Public Sector segments
• Identify and secure profitable business relationships and growth opportunities
• Build and manage client relationships, offering tailored investment solutions
• Analyze financial statements and provide advisory services to support investment decisions
• Market financial products including structured deposits, treasury solutions, and brokerage services
• Prepare budgets and performance reports

Key Performance Indicators & Deliverables

• Financial Target: ₦25 billion AUM by financial year-end 2025 (100% appraisal requirement)
• Sales Achievement: Meet 100% of business targets in Deposit Liability, Special Products, and Cross-Selling
• 90-Day Resumption Targets:
  • Personal: ₦500 million
  • Team: ₦1.5 billion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Asset Management with portfolio oversight
• Proven expertise in investment management, financial planning, and advisory services
