## Title: Head of Administration

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Administration to oversee facility management, health & safety, and administrative operations. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and facility operations
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and best practices
  • Manage office infrastructure, equipment, and maintenance
  • Supervise administrative staff and support functions
  • Collaborate with IT in managing basic technology and system needs
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and policies
  • Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Facility Management, HSE, and IT support
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams and operations effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation

N350,000 monthly
