About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Administration to oversee facility management, health & safety, and administrative operations. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and facility operations
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and best practices
- Manage office infrastructure, equipment, and maintenance
- Supervise administrative staff and support functions
- Collaborate with IT in managing basic technology and system needs
- Develop and implement administrative processes and policies
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Facility Management, HSE, and IT support
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and operations effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation
N350,000 monthly
