Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Haematologist to join our dynamic team at Lily Hospitals Limited in Lagos. You will diagnose, manage, and treat patients with blood disorders, including anaemia, clotting disorders, sickle cell disease, and blood cancers. This role involves clinical assessment, laboratory interpretation, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a variety of haematological conditions
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood counts, bone marrow biopsies, and coagulation studies
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Provide patient education on disease management and treatment options
• Participate in research, teaching, and continuous professional development where applicable

Qualifications & Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Board certification or eligibility for certification in Haematology
• Demonstrated experience in clinical haematology, including diagnosis and management of complex blood disorders
• Strong analytical and clinical judgment, with commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
