Job Summary

A reputable organization in the oil and gas sector seeks a dedicated HSE Analyst to develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with oil and gas standards
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure operational safety and environmental compliance
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and follow-up on corrective actions
• Provide regular HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for staff and contractors
• Monitor waste management, pollution control, and emergency preparedness plans
• Liaise with regulatory bodies (DPR, NUPRC, NESREA, etc.) to ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of safety performance, incident reports, and HSE statistics

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5 - 7 years of relevant HSE experience in the oil and gas industry
• Relevant HSE qualifications
