Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling sessions
• Develop and implement guidance programs
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student well-being
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Utilize Learning Management Tools (LMT) to support counselling services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Master's degree in Guidance and Counselling (preferred)
• Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., Nigerian Psychological Association, Counselling Association of Nigeria)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Proficiency in Learning Management Tools (LMT) or other educational software
