GSA / Front Desk Officer at Golden Six Hotel & Restaurant

About the Role

Golden Six Hotel & Restaurant is seeking a qualified GSA/Front Desk Officer to join our team in Lagos. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will represent the hotel's image and ensure exceptional service delivery across all front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary image and interface between the hotel and guests/visitors
• Welcome guests and visitors through in-person greetings and telephone communications
• Answer inquiries and direct guest questions to appropriate departments
• Manage guest directions and departmental information
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges as required
• Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage and safeguard all hotel room keys and key cards
• Process reservations via telephone, online platforms, and in-person requests
• Prepare guest bills and process payments
• Provide guests with comprehensive hotel information
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints professionally
• Ensure proper and efficient room allocation

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc in any social science discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a 3-star hotel
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• Trustworthy and honest character
• Hardworking and dedicated approach
• Professional appearance and neat presentation
• Strong team player mentality
• Compliance with hospitality ethics standards
• Excellent communication skills
