## Title: Product Growth & Success Manager

Job Overview

The Product Growth & Success Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of SBSC's proprietary products from launch to market maturity. This individual will serve as the key link between the engineering, sales, and management teams, ensuring seamless communication, product-market alignment, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a blend of product management, customer success, and business development skills to ensure that SBSC's products not only meet market needs but also deliver consistent revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Coordination & Lifecycle Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, sales, and management teams to ensure alignment on product goals, updates, and timelines
  • Understand the product roadmap and ensure milestones are achieved from development through rollout and scaling
  • Translate technical updates into business language for internal and external communication
  • Support feature prioritization based on client feedback and market demand

Market Readiness & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute product launch strategies
  • Support the creation of product pitch materials, demos, and client-facing documentation
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify positioning opportunities
  • Train internal teams on product features, value propositions, and differentiators

Client Engagement & Account Management

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from demo to full adoption
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback and track satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Address client issues in collaboration with the engineering and support teams, ensuring timely resolution

Revenue Growth & Product Performance

  • Monitor key product performance metrics and track progress toward revenue and adoption goals
  • Analyze product usage data to identify optimization opportunities and areas for improvement
