## Title: Growth Marketer

Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about experimenting with marketing channels, analyzing results, and scaling strategies that deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across digital platforms to drive lead generation and conversions
  • Optimize marketing funnels (awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue)
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with clear ROI targets
  • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on performance across all growth initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to improve customer journey and conversion rates
  • Test and implement A/B experiments to improve content, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Manage email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated on growth marketing trends and emerging tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Digital Marketer, or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media ads
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a strong drive to meet ambitious growth targets
