Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to drive business expansion at Club Concierge Africa. The Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and delivering measurable growth for the organization. This role focuses on client acquisition, partnerships, and strategic initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and maintain premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Present and pitch services to potential clients and close deals
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and experience
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities
- Contribute to the development of growth strategies and revenue forecasts
- Recommend innovative ideas to increase brand awareness and market penetration
Partnerships & Networking
- Establish strategic partnerships with businesses, influencers, and organizations that align with organizational goals
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and growth targets
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and business development activities
- Track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies
