## Title: Growth and Partnership Manager (Loan Sales)

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for talented professionals. The Growth & Partnership Manager (Loan Sales) will be responsible for driving sustainable loan portfolio growth through strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, and targeted acquisition efforts. This role focuses on identifying high-value opportunities, expanding SycamoreNG's lending footprint, and building strong relationships that convert into quality loan deals.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, data-savvy, and experienced in partnership-led sales within a fintech or financial services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Drive loan sales growth by sourcing, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities across retail, SME, and corporate segments
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that increase the loan book while maintaining portfolio quality
  • Identify emerging markets, customer segments, and product expansion opportunities
  • Track and analyze industry trends to optimize sales strategies and stay ahead of competition

Partnership Development & Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners such as aggregators, businesses, agents, associations, cooperatives, and digital platforms
  • Build strong long-term relationships with partners to ensure continuous pipeline generation
  • Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns, financial literacy programs, and market activation initiatives to boost loan uptake

Sales Execution & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with the Loan Operations, Risk, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, credit assessment, and disbursement processes
  • Present loan offerings, negotiate terms, and structure proposals tailored to partner or client needs
  • Ensure high conversion rates through proactive follow-ups, relationship nurturing, and timely resolution of partner and client concerns

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Set monthly sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs
