## Title: Growth and Partnership Executive

About the Role

The Growth & Partnerships Executive will be responsible for driving adoption and revenue for our telemedicine solution and health outreach model by building and managing partnerships with corporate organizations, associations, cooperatives, trade unions, market groups, HMOs, fintechs, and other institutional partners.

This role is highly performance-based and suited for someone who thrives on relationship-building, deal-making, and measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard corporate organizations, associations, cooperatives, and professional bodies as telemedicine partners
  • Design and pitch custom partnership models (employee health plans, member health access, CSR-linked deployments)
  • Maintain strong partner relationships to drive renewals and expansion

Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drive institutional adoption of our telemedicine platform
  • Work with associations and employers to scale usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine pricing, packaging, and value propositions
  • Track market feedback and competitor activity

Brand & Representation

  • Represent the organisation at industry events, association meetings, and corporate forums
  • Support strategic visibility for the telemedicine product

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–7 years experience in partnerships, business development, growth, or sales (healthcare, fintech, telecoms, or B2B services preferred)
  • Strong network within corporates, associations, cooperatives, or large member-based organizations
  • Excellent pitching, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Passion for health equity and social impact is a strong plus
