RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage group reservations and bookings efficiently
  • Optimise OTA listings for maximum revenue
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and agents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel reservations
  • Proven track record of OTA optimisation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and OTAs
