## Title: Group Managing Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Group Managing Director to oversee our client's overall operations, ensure financial health, and drive innovation. In this role, you will lead the executive team, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and represent the group at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Implement strategic plans to achieve short and long-term objectives
Lead financial performance and operations
Develop relationships with government agencies, clients, partners, and regulators
Drive innovation and compliance with Nigerian laws and industry standards
Represent the group at industry events

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)
15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry
10+ years in executive leadership
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian oil and gas regulatory environment
Proven track record in leading large-scale operations and driving business growth

Compensation

N5.5 million monthly salary
