About the Role

The Group Information Technology Manager is responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This role participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff to perform their job functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and review the company's IT policy and manual
• Provide administrative and security support for the company's server
• Create and manage password protection rights for server users and monitor access accordingly
• Service all company computers on a quarterly basis
• Ensure IT needs are properly addressed during stock-taking processes
• Monitor antivirus protection for internet servers and individual systems before expiration
• Maintain comprehensive records of all antivirus installations, updates, and expiration dates across each system
• Renew all antivirus licenses before expiration
• Maintain all computer systems, address user technical needs, and provide guidance on proper system usage
• Install and maintain the company's network infrastructure (both wired and wireless) and manage network enhancements
• Protect company computer systems with effective antivirus solutions and ensure zero loss of vital company information
• Organize in-house training sessions for staff on new IT trends and proper system and software maintenance
• Manage and maintain the company's control room, including server, access control systems, and CCTV
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company vital information and liaise with management as required
