Group Human Resources Manager at Sales Force Consulting

About the Role

An established company is recruiting a Group Human Resources Manager to strategically reposition the HR framework of the organization to accommodate fresh challenges, drive change management, and support the company's next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular manning and competence gap analyses to allocate human resources effectively and close all staffing gaps promptly
• Develop and implement recruitment and selection procedures, including appointment, confirmation, termination, and resignation processes
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation and comprehensive on-boarding activities
• Ensure HR compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable legal requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining organized historical HR records through effective filing and retrieval systems
• Review, amend, and draft job descriptions and qualifications for all job positions
• Encourage and develop employee communications, providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job functions, working conditions, wages, promotion opportunities, and benefits
• Ensure proper management and maintenance of staff resources and occupational health and safety standards
• Advise staff on all HR policy matters and recommend necessary policy changes
• Set KPIs with relevant managers and coordinate evaluations and appraisals of all staff on agreed schedules
• Collaborate with accounts and senior management to develop annual budgets and financial projections
• Ensure effective asset management, maintenance, and allocation across various outlets and offices
• Develop and map clear HR programs and training schedules to support effective capacity building

Required Qualifications

• HND, B.Sc, or BA degree
• MBA or M.Sc (preferred)
• HR Certifications (mandatory)

Required Experience

• Demonstrated passion for HR and people management
• Prior or current experience working in a reputable manufacturing company in a Human Resources capacity
