The successful candidate will lead the company's strategic business operations within the Federal Capital Territory, driving growth, profitability, and market expansion while ensuring exceptional client engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all organisational business operations in Abuja
• Design and implement strategies to drive profitability and sustainable growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industries
• Develop and execute business development initiatives, new product and service launches, and partnership opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Direct sales activities and ensure achievement of revenue targets
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing regular insights and reports
• Ensure delivery of high-quality services and customer satisfaction
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for Abuja-based staff
• Represent the organisation with professionalism in all external engagements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Management, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage)
• 8–10 years progressive experience in business development, strategy, or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
• Proven experience in leading multi-sectoral business operations and delivering measurable growth
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close high-value deals
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
