About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Group Director to lead our donor-funded portfolio with strategic alignment to organizational priorities and global health agendas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead donor-funded portfolio with strategic alignment to organizational priorities and global health agendas while representing the organization to partners and governments
• Design and negotiate large-scale donor agreements, ensuring financial sustainability through resource mobilization, funding diversification, and strategic partnerships with development agencies
• Oversee donor-funded program performance, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, impact measurement, and promoting innovation through knowledge exchange and adaptive management

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Development, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in large international NGOs, global health, or development organizations
• At least 8+ years at executive leadership level (C-suite, Executive Director, Chief of Party) with decision-making authority over multi-million-dollar donor portfolios
• Proven success in managing and growing donor-funded programmes with annual budgets of $100 million cumulative value
