## Title: Group Corporate Growth and Financing Manager

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Group Corporate Growth and Financing Manager to drive the organization's strategic expansion while ensuring robust funding and capital structures are in place to support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and align growth strategies across markets, products, and partnerships
Assess funding needs and lead capital raising efforts with investors and lenders
Build financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, risks, and valuations
Create and monitor growth-driven budgets and forecasts
Report on strategy and financial performance to executives and investors
Manage financial risks and optimize capital structure

Requirements

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, investment analysis, or fund management
Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Banking, Investments, or related field
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-paced and emerging market environments
Willingness to travel across Africa as required
