Your mission is to fuel expansion and establish the organization as a go-to partner for global capital, development finance institutions (DFIs), and climate funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure debt, trade finance, grants and climate funding to support organizational growth
• Build and maintain investor relationships and lead joint venture deals
• Identify new markets, develop investment theses and drive business expansion
• Equip internal teams with tools, training and cross-functional support to deliver bankable projects

Requirements

• Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Banking, Investments or related field
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in project finance, investment analysis or fund management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-paced and emerging market environments
• Willingness to travel across Africa as required
