Graphics Designer at Wisdom Kwati Smart City

About the Role

Wisdom Kwati Smart City is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating captivating visual content that reflects the brand's image and effectively communicates the company's marketing goals within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, billboards, and other promotional materials
• Design and maintain brand assets, including logos, templates, and brand style guides
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce impactful visuals that drive awareness and sales
• Create and edit graphics, layouts, and visual content for websites and digital platforms
• Produce content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Edit and enhance images and videos for use in promotional content
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in design and real estate marketing

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
• Professional certification in design or digital media (advantageous)

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate, advertising, or creative media
• Experience designing for both print and digital media

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong visual and creative skills with attention to detail and originality
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout composition
