Graphics Designer at HR Aid

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling content, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting overall design needs across digital and print platforms. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of branding and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Work with other creative team members to produce content
• Create guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used
• Make design choices, such as fonts and colors, for all content the company will use

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
• 4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong design and visual communication skills
• Ability to create brand guidelines and maintain consistency across materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
• Creative thinking with attention to detail

Compensation
