About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lagos corps member to join our team at Wildfire Business Solutions Ltd as a Graphic Designer. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can craft compelling brand identities, logos, and visual assets that capture the essence of our clients and the value we deliver through our branding services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complete brand identity systems including logos, typography, color palettes, and guidelines
• Craft unique, memorable, and versatile logos that reflect each client's vision and market
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, social media graphics, flyers, pitch decks, and digital ads
• Collaborate with the development team to design UI elements, mockups, and supporting graphics
• Translate client ideas and briefs into visual stories that stand out and connect with audiences
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and projects
• Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts

Requirements

• Lagos corps member with proven design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and color
• Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
