About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, imaginative, and brand-focused Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will transform concepts and strategic messaging into visually compelling assets that enhance our brand presence, support our marketing goals, and create engaging experiences for our audience. This role requires someone who not only designs beautifully, but also understands communication, storytelling, and design psychology.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, visual branding elements, packaging, brochures, posters, presentations, and website assets
- Develop original design concepts and work through to final execution
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual language, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into creative designs
- Interpret creative briefs and convert them into strong design directions
- Prepare final production-ready files for developers, printers, or digital publishing
- Adapt and resize creative materials for different platforms and formats
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and propose new design ideas and innovation
- Manage the design queue, prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines
- Research industry trends, competitor visuals, and emerging design technologies
- Apply best practices in typography, color, layout, iconography, and accessibility
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in professional graphic design or agency work
- A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating design capabilities across different mediums
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools such as Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW
- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, layout composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
