Granulation Operator at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Granulation Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining granulation equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate granulation machines and related equipment according to established procedures
• Monitor and control production parameters to ensure consistent product quality
• Perform batch preparations, including weighing, mixing, and drying of materials
• Maintain accurate production records and log sheets
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with GMP and safety standards
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment or process issues
• Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure optimal production efficiency
• Adhere strictly to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and company policies

Requirements

• OND or HND in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science Laboratory Technology, or a related field
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in granulation operations (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector)
• Strong understanding of granulation principles, equipment operation, and GMP standards
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
