A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:

Rolan Foundation is seeking a skilled and experienced grant Writer to join its Grants and Partnership unit.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling, fundable concepts and grant proposals aligned with the Foundation's mission and strategic priorities.

The role is hybrid and based in Ibadan branch, with close collaboration with the National Office and the National Grants Team.

Requirements:

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record of securing grants for nonprofits and social enterprises.

The applicant must be able to translate programmatic ideas into competitive funding proposals.

The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years proven experience as a grant writer or fundraising professional.

The candidate must have experience in writing proposals for foundations, international donors and development partners must have excellent research, analytical and storytelling skills; ability to work collaboratively across terms and manage multiple deadlines; familiarity with donor portals and grant submission systems; passion for social impact and mission driven work.
