Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities (All Tracks):

• Participate actively in on-the-job training, workshops, and departmental rotations
• Support day-to-day operations and projects under supervision
• Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve departmental efficiency and processes
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations

Electrical Engineering Trainee:

• Assist in the design, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
• Participate in project planning, documentation, and implementation
• Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 0–2 years of work experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn industry-specific tools
• High level of integrity, adaptability, and a growth mindset
