Position Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and talented recent graduates in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering to join our dynamic team. This intensive program provides rotational exposure across various critical departments, where you will work under the guidance of experienced engineers to develop practical skills, deepen technical knowledge, and contribute to real-world projects in power systems, elevator technology, and mechanical maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in all formal training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning modules
- Technical Support: Assist senior engineers in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment
- Site Work: Participate in field service activities, including site inspections, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting under supervision
- Documentation: Assist in preparing technical reports, maintenance schedules, project documentation, and equipment logs
- Project Assistance: Support project teams in planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and industry standards to ensure a zero-accident work environment
- Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technicians, sales, and customer service, to provide integrated solutions
