Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our expanding hospitality business. You will be responsible for overall management and profitability, ensuring sustainable growth through income maximization and operational cost optimization. This strategic leadership role requires excellence in planning, execution, and performance monitoring to achieve and exceed financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic growth plans to drive business expansion
• Identify new revenue streams and formulate alternative strategies to meet business objectives
• Lead marketing and promotional efforts to position the hotel as a premium brand and top-of-mind destination for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate executives across Nigeria
• Manage relationships with guests, residents, customers, and all stakeholders
• Ensure consistent delivery of 5-star, seamless, and flawless service across all touchpoints
• Stay updated with innovations in hotel management, operations, and technology to enhance efficiency and capitalize on emerging opportunities
• Ensure strict compliance with the use of ERP and corporate systems, prohibiting any off-system transactions or record-keeping
• Model excellence and foster a positive and professional work environment
• Promote staff development through mentorship and effective team leadership

Requirements

• B.Sc. / BA in Hotel Management or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in hotel management at the general management level in a 5-star hotel establishment
