An established company is recruiting for the following position.
  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Drivers Training Institute.
  • Oversee daily operations including instructor management, training schedules, fleet management, and student services.
  • Ensure compliance with road transport authority regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with national driving standards.
  • Monitor training quality, safety standards, and pass rates.
  • Manage budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of Drivers Training Instructors (DTIs).
  • Build partnerships with regulatory bodies, schools, corporates, and community organizations.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and student satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Student pass rate (theory & practical tests)
  • Student enrollment and retention numbers
  • Revenue and profitability targets
  • Instructor performance and utilization rates
  • Compliance and audit scores
  • Fleet maintenance and safety record
  • Customer satisfaction ratings
Required Qualifications: & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • Certified/Accredited Driving Instructor qualification (as per local regulatory requirements).
  • 10–15 years of experience in driver training, transport operations, or training management.
  • Strong knowledge of road safety laws, licensing regulations, and training standards.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and operational processes.
