## Title: General Manager - Multi-Property Operations

Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic, resilient, and results-driven General Manager to lead operations across multiple properties. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious leader to take their career to the next level, driving growth, operational excellence, and shareholder value at a critical stage in the company's expansion.

Position Details

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM), with flexibility required for extended hours, weekends, and both local and international travel at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of all properties under the client's portfolio, ensuring operations align with global best practices
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing operational concerns and ensuring prompt, cost-effective resolution of maintenance and service needs
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring procurement of supplies and services meets the highest standards and delivers best value
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety compliance of cooling, ventilation, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Lead disaster preparedness and response efforts, including fire evacuation and emergency drills
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with best practices
  • Provide overall leadership in health, safety, and operational excellence
  • Inspire, coach, and develop staff to achieve peak performance and align with company objectives
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective performance management, KPIs, and appraisals
  • Identify and implement HR efficiencies to improve employee benefits and reduce business costs
  • Drive staff engagement, professional development, and succession planning
  • Support project planning by reviewing briefs, timelines, and statutory requirements
  • Prepare, submit, and participate in project bids
  • Act as contract administrator where subcontractors are engaged
