An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating employees.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Implementing strategies to increase sales, meet targets, and maximize profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, ordering merchandise, and managing stock effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service and addressing customer complaints.
  • Store Appearance and Maintenance:Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
  • Financial Management: Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and security protocols.
  • Business Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve store goals and adapt to market changes.
  • Reporting: Analyzing sales data, generating reports, and communicating findings to senior management.
Requirements:
  • HND/BSc
  • Must have at least 2 years experience.
  • Must be highly skilled,fast and efficient .
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be highly smart, Patience and versatile
  • Must have idea about how sewing and measurements
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have at least 5 years experience
  • Must know to work with a team and communicate efficiently
