Position Overview
Tide Power Technology is seeking experienced, performance-driven professionals to join our growing team as Gas Senior Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with proven expertise in generator set sales to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving gas generator sales, developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering consistent revenue growth within your assigned territory. Managers in this role will additionally oversee regional sales teams and execute strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close gas generator sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Submit structured sales reports and maintain pipeline visibility
- Execute regional sales strategies (Manager role)
- Lead and supervise sales representatives (Manager role)
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in gas generator set sales
- Strong understanding of the power solutions market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Demonstrated sales team management capability (for Manager role)
Note: Candidates without generator sales experience will not be considered.
