Gas Plant Supervisor

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Salary: ₦180,000 Monthly Position Overview: The Gas Plant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily gas plant operations, ensuring safe handling of LPG products, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires strong operational oversight, safety consciousness, and effective team supervision to ensure smooth plant operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the gas plant to ensure efficiency and safety.

• Monitor LPG receiving, storage, and dispensing activities.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Supervise plant staff, including attendants and technicians, and manage duty schedules.

• Conduct routine safety inspections and report any faults or hazards promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of gas sales, stock levels, and daily operations.

• Coordinate basic maintenance activities and escalate technical issues when required.

• Ensure customer service standards are upheld at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.

• Previous experience working in a gas plant or LPG facility is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of LPG safety standards and handling procedures.

• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations effectively.

• Good communication and record-keeping skills.

• Must be safety-conscious, responsible, and reliable.
