Position Overview:
(Duties and Responsibilities)
- Maintain hotel gardens, lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds
- Water, prune, mow, fertilize, and weed landscaped areas
- Plant flowers, trees, and other greenery as required
- Ensure outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing
- Identify plant diseases or pests and take appropriate action
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and decorations
- Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Report maintenance issues related to outdoor areas
- Strong knowledge of gardening and landscaping practices
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting and bending
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
