About This Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Gamification Designer to join our product development team. As we invest in dynamic visual content and engaging learning experiences, you will design and implement game-based learning experiences that motivate students, enhance participation, and improve learning outcomes across our digital learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design interactive, game-based features to make learning engaging and immersive for students
• Collaborate with product managers, educators, and developers to integrate gamification principles into the platform
• Develop reward systems, badges, leaderboards, and challenge mechanics that align with learning objectives
• Research and analyze trends in educational gamification and apply best practices to the platform
• Prototype and test new gamification features to assess user engagement and learning effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze usage data to refine designs and improve user experience
• Ensure that all gamified elements are age-appropriate, inclusive, and aligned with the Nigerian curriculum

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years' experience in gamification, UX/UI design, or educational game development
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and behavioral psychology
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Unity
• Creative mindset with a passion for education, learning, and user engagement
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and educational impact
