## Title: FX Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary

My-HRpro Consulting is expanding its dynamic team and seeking an experienced and results-driven FX Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the competitive forex industry.

Key Responsibilities

Meet daily call targets and consistently convert leads to sales
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of FX and financial markets, including market analyses, market pulse, global forex regulations, and compliance
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
Build strong relationships with key clients and Introducing Brokers
Utilize trading platforms such as MetaTrader and other relevant tools
Manage client relationships using CRM software and MS Office Suite

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in FX sales management with a strong background in forex trading or financial services industry
Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
