Funds Mobilization Officer (Investment) - Lagos at Rosabon Financial Services

About the Role

An established financial services company is seeking a Funds Mobilization Officer to proactively source fund placements from individuals and corporate organizations. You will leverage both offline and online channels to attract customers and facilitate investments in the company's fund placement products.

This is a highly competitive, well-incentivized position offering commission, productivity bonuses, and a base salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell fund investment products to individuals and corporate bodies
• Promote digital channel adoption by guiding existing and potential customers on using the Wealth Creation Investment App
• Build and deepen investor relationships, understanding their financial needs and goals
• Educate customers on fund placement benefits and wealth creation opportunities within regulatory guidelines
• Maintain current product knowledge of company treasury products and services
• Guide customers on utilizing company products and services for wealth maximization
• Explore funding opportunities aligned with organizational policies

Performance Metrics

• Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury products
• Acquire new customers and expand the customer base
• Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings through effective service delivery
• Increase adoption rates of digital channels, particularly the Wealth Management App
