Fundraising Officer at Sim Impacting Lives Foundation

Role Overview

We're seeking a creative, target-driven Fundraising Officer to lead resource mobilization across grants, corporates, high-net-worth individuals, and digital giving. You'll craft winning proposals, nurture donor relationships, and run compelling campaigns that power the organization's impact nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute annual and quarterly fundraising strategies with clear targets and KPIs
• Source and qualify opportunities from local and international donors, foundations, CSR initiatives, INGOs, and multilateral organizations
• Write high-quality proposals including Expressions of Interest, concept notes, and full applications; produce timely donor reports
• Build and maintain donor stewardship through pipelines, cultivation plans, CRM tracking, and feedback loops
• Lead digital fundraising initiatives including campaigns, appeals, peer-to-peer drives, and social media activations
• Develop corporate partnerships including cause marketing, sponsorships, payroll giving, and events
• Coordinate fundraising events and charity drives, including budgeting and post-event reporting
• Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, branding standards, safeguarding protocols, and financial accountability
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports tracking pipeline status, conversion rates, and ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Marketing/Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, or partnerships (NGO/INGO experience preferred)
• Proven track record across grants, corporate, and individual giving
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable working with metrics, pipelines, and deadlines; able to work cross-functionally with Programs, Finance, and M&E teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM and fundraising tools are advantageous
