Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure funding from diverse sources
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with potential donors and corporate partners
• Manage grant writing and proposal development processes
• Negotiate partnership agreements and sponsorship contracts
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the health and non-profit sectors
• Engage with both local and international donor communities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in fundraising, development, or partnership management
• Preferred experience in the non-profit or health sector
• Proven track record of securing significant funding from diverse sources (grants, corporate sponsorships, individual donors)
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Knowledge of the donor landscape in Nigeria and internationally
