Fund Accountant / Operation Officer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and review NAV (Net Asset Value) on a daily and monthly basis
• Ensure timely filings and submission of regulatory reports to the SEC and FMAN
• Perform portfolio valuation and prepare accounting entries
• Reconcile cash, investments, and income accounts
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions
• Maintain accurate fund and investor records
• Ensure trade settlement and monitor corporate actions
• Prepare financial statements and support audit processes
• Liaise with custodians, fund managers, auditors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in fund accounting or fund operations
• Knowledge of investment instruments and fund structures
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, or CFA) are a plus

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong accounting and analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with fund accounting systems (preferred)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a team environment
