Full Stack Developer at Trade Lenda

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Full Stack Developer to play a key role in designing and maintaining the backbone of systems and applications for top brands including Trade Lenda, One Kiosk, and its subsidiaries. You will report directly to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust backend systems and applications
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
• Contribute to the architectural design of software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and implementation of best practices
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks to meet project requirements
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans
• Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions
• Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to maintain system integrity
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical production issues
• Write reports and conduct development tests
• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies for various projects
• Review and advise Tech Line Management on customer insights, market, and industry trends
• Provide staff leadership and mentoring support

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in Go (Golang)
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design
• Experience with code review practices and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
