Job Summary

We are seeking a competent Full-Stack Developer to develop and maintain web platforms, internal tools, and technology systems that support our operations in real estate development, surveying, engineering, and project management. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development to drive digital efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive web applications, dashboards, and internal tools
• Develop scalable backend systems, APIs, and database structures
• Work with teams to automate workflows across surveying, construction, property sales, and project management
• Ensure fast, secure, and efficient performance of all web platforms
• Maintain documentation, write clean code, and apply modern development practices
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and management to interpret specifications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
• Implement authentication, security protocols, and data integrity best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (portfolio or deployed projects required)
• Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Backend experience with Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, or similar
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment to cloud environments
• Understanding of UI/UX standards and clean architecture
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with multiple departments
